Standard cover: a new class of discrete primitives

We introduce the definition of a new class of discrete primitives called the "standard cover primitives". The standard cover has similar discrete analytical properties than the supercover but is bubble-free. We provide the definition of the standard cover of a point, an m-flat and a hyperplane.
